i recently bought a new laptop and installed photomechanic i gained the ftp address from my agency and inserted in the ftp file, but when i try to FTP images it keeps saying "cannot connect to server", all my setting are exactly the same from my old laptop and everything is ok except this problem
has anyone any ideas on how to correct this so i can get back to work sending images to my agency
