AVIF support when?

Each day, more and more clients come up with these types of images and have no way of having them open in PM, when can we have this format available in PM?

You guys could be the first app to have support for this format.

Here is some more info about this codec format as well as a sample image attached.

May I ask what cameras produce these images?
