CANNOT WORK WITH CATALOG

I moved my image collection to another external disk, then thought I pointed my PM+ to that, but I cannot make any changes to the images or drag(copy) a selected image anywhere.  I get the attached window.  What do I have to do to connect the catalog and images?  I've tried everything I can imagine already!  Thanks
