show list of variables

I always have to hunt for the list of variables & end up Googling for it. It would be helpful if there was a way to show the list of variables from the Help menu or similar.

Custom variables or a wider range would help too.

Pretty much any window where you can use a variable has a “Variables” button that opens the list of Variables.

In the absence of a Help -> Variables menu item, perhaps setting a bookmark in your browser could help? While not ideal to what you're looking for, maybe saves searching all the time.
