Turn Off "moves to next/previous photo"

hi, i have an apple mouse. can i turn off the funtion "moves to next/previous photo" in the not zoomed mode. i prefer to use the arrow keys to move between the photos.

Are you saying that you've tried to turn it off and it is not honoring your settings?
