Change the order of rename IPTC template when uploading or ingesting

So I think what now is:

IPTC then rename of file. Means that the rename filename cant be used as a variable. That happens with ingest.

It would be nice to be able to have rename and then IPTC template. Probably just as an option if possible.

More important when uploading as it could be a quick way to add people etc to a photo.

Basically, it's a chicken before egg scenario.  If you want the renamed name, you can use the same variables as you use in the Renaming string which will work most of the time (unless there are collisions and renaming resolution kicks in.)

It was just if it could be changed easily as an option.

If not that is all fine.

Its when I want to upload something quickly and I could just add it when uploading by writing a code replacement code in the filename.
