Control Left click to select images not working

Photo Mechanic Version 2025.1, build 8239 (63d9685) - When trying to select individual images for upload, using control left click brings up the Photo Mechanic options window rather than selecting the individual image.  MacBook Pro M4, Sequoia 15.4

On further testing it appears to be an issue with Sequoia 15.4 and Finder - not Photo Mechanic.  The same issue shows up in Finder.

Control-click on MacOS has always been for bringing up the contextual "right-click" menu.

Command-Click is for selecting multiple images.
