CTRL-E function
« on: July 31, 2025, 07:46:15 PM »
I cannot get multiple files to open for editing in PhotoShop.  I can select 1 image and hit "E" and it works.  If I select multiple images they will not open photoshop.
New laptop. Everything worked on old laptop. Settings are the same.   I am normally a MAC user, but I am trying to setup my business partners PC laptop.

Windows 11
PM v5

Just to clarify, you mention pressing 'E' in the post but Ctrl-E in the title; you are using Ctrl-E when you have multiple items selected, right?

What happens if you go to the Image menu and choose 'Edit Photos'?

I just tested Photo Mechanic 5 on Windows 11 and Ctrl-E works to open Photoshop for me.
