Search Filter Browse Collections window not working in Tahoe

I just updated to Tahoe 26.1 on my 16-inch MacBook Pro from 2023 (Apple M2 Max chip) and the Search-Filter-Browse-Collections is tiny and not working. Any clues how to get it operational again?
