iptc field: urgency

Question:
I have a certain number of images with HIGH in the urgency-field.
If I would like to search on the word HIGH in the urgency-field, these images do NOT appear.
(see attached .png file)

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Frans,
what if you change in the search  the value 'High' with th number '1'?
