Contact sheets in XP vs Mac

I now have PM on both a Mac and PC.

How do I close a contact sheet?  I don't see a little close "x" like on the Mac?

How do I add a new contact sheet (I have single click replaces... selected), I don't see the "+" like on the Mac.

There is a close 'x' in the upper right corner of the frame window (not the red 'x' that closes the entire application, the black 'x' just below.)

How do I add a new contact sheet (I have single click replaces... selected), I don't see the "+" like on the Mac.

Right-click on a folder and you'll be given a set of options.  One of them allows you to open in a new contact sheet.
