PM unstable in XP

Hi there,

I usually use a Mac but it took a tumble and I downloaded my version of PM on to an XP machine.  It was combining fine untill the last few weeks, now it crashes regularly.  This usually happens after ingest.  Just now out of a 400mb folder the only visible images were tagged, all other thumbnails were grey where the picture should be.  It's a situation which seems to be getting more and more frequent.  Could you direct me as to a possible solution?  Thanks...

What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?
Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed?
