preview doesn't work anymore

In the contact sheet  at  the right down corner  I cannot open the preview anymore.
Do you know  the solution??

Moving the cursor around the contact sheet , the cursor showed the metadata at each thumnail.
I got rid of this problem by changing  the set info text.  This resulted in not opening previews anymore.

What version of Photo Mechanic are you running?
What did you change the Info Text to?
If you don't want to see the Info Text tooltips, all you needed to do is turn them off from the View menu.
