4.5.3: Small tweak to make IPTC Stationery Pad entry consistent.

With this version the checkboxes next to the entry fields get automatically checked on text entry.

However, if I enter text by selecting it from the drop-down list to the right of a text field, the check-box stays unchecked.

I think it should be checked in this case as well, to be more consistent, it is just another way to enter text.

I've already addressed it.  The change will appear in the next update.
