Unable to update ICPT info

Hi Kirk,

PM 4-6-2-1 on W7 ultimate

When I try to add keywords to the existing ones PM will not save them.
I'm a new user so probably this is a rookie thing.

Are you perhaps using the IPTC Stationery Pad dialog instead of the IPTC Info dialog?  Are you clicking on the little 'i' button that appears over each thumbnail when you put your mouse over a thumbnail?

If I take a selection of images and go, Image-Apply IPCT st.pad I get to see an error image
If I go to pictures that already have the IPCT pad and click on the I button and add some words the program won't save them ??

I'm going to suggest you call our support folks and they'll show you how to get started.  Call them at 503-547-2888 and they'll help you out.

If you'd rather continue here then what I'm going to want to see from you is a screen shot (as a JPEG) of the IPTC Info dialog just before you try to save the IPTC Info.  You can post a screen shot by clicking on the 'Additional Options...' link when you're writing your reply.

What error message do you get when you try to update/set the IPTC info?
