thank You for quick response on sunday even.To pan a zoomed foto with the mouse is not possible under windows?

There is no way to get two axis mouse wheel events that I know of on Windows.

It would be enough to scroll up and down,instead of the picture moving away.Or maybe there is an Option to hold the picture I don't know?
