PM and Leopard

On my Macbook Pro the shortcut for ratings, ctrl +X does not rate the files, but instaed changes the space.
Not a PM error, just FYI

What does "changes the space" mean?

Leopards new virtual workspace feature is called "Spaces". With Ctrl + number keys you can navigate through the different workspaces. But you can switch to Option + number keys in System Preferences if Ctrl + number keys conflicts with Photo Mechanic...

Not so good. Option + 2 is @ on my keyboard...
I switched off the other navigation options in Spaces and kept only F8.
Spaces are neat; PM in one space, CS3 in another.

What is the current status of PM and Leopard are there big issues or may I start using a new Mac with Lepard if I intend to use mostly PM?
Working on Mac, OSX, iOS and with some Canons.
Allways shooting RAW.

Version 4.5.3 is fairly compatible with Leopard.  The upcoming (currently in public beta) 4.5.3.1 resolves all known issues with Leopard and Photo Mechanic.
