Function to set timestamp to EXIF time

Just as the title says: the ability to set the timestamp of the file to the EXIF time would be great. This would also be a great option to go along with the "don't modify my raw files" thing during ingest that will hopefully be added in the next version.

Mike, have you looked at the "Adjust Capture Date and Times" under the Tools menu?  When you adjust with 0, you can have all of the datetimes reset to the capture time.

Does this do what you intended?
