Change EXIF date

Is there a way to change the date in the EXIF information saved by the camera?
Not the date in the IPTC which I know you can do in the IPTC dialog...

Reason is... I receive lots of photos from freelancers who have their camera date set wrong. Once I've established that the photo was in fact taken today, and not for example in 2010 or 1980, I can change the date in the IPTC to reflect today's date, but the EXIF date still has the original, incorrect date (as seen at the top of the Info panel in the Preview window).

When the photos enter archiving systems that sort by EXIF date, the photos can get lost.

Use the "Adjust Capture Dates and Times" command on the Tools menu.
