I recently run into some troubbles during ingest. Images (usually) are ingested properly but some other files and folders (OSX generated system stuff I think) are either ingested (I don't need them to be) or they simply just lock the card from erasing and unmounting it. Most of the time on a second mount and ingest the card can be erased and unmounted without getting the error msg.
I also don't like the Ingest progress window disappearing (going into the background) as soon as the ingest starts. Usually I start downloading on assignment while still shooting and I would like to see how the ingest progresses. I unchecked the Hide option but the window still doesn't stay on the top.

I use Mac OS X 10.5.2 Photo Mechanic 4.4.3.3 with 4 GB RAM in a MacBook Pro and mostly CR2 images on SanDisk cards (both SD and CF)
