Are Emailed Pics Stored in a Temporary Folder?

Anyone know where the files are stored on your computer when you use PM to email JPEGS?  I'm assuming they're put in a temp file somewhere and just want to make sure that they get deleted afterwords.

They're saved in Photo Mechanic's cache folder (you can choose the location of this folder in the Caching tab of the Preferences dialog) and they're deleted the next time you start up Photo Mechanic.
