Since I keep accidentally quitting the app, it would be a very good idea to include a (maybe optional) dialog of "Do you really want to quit the application?". It is most disturbing to accidentally quit when PM is ingesting images but instead of Cmd+W I press Cmd+Q next to it and have to start setting up things again, and finding where did I left off...
