ingestion Problem ?

I recently upgraded to v4.5.3.2 from v 4.3.x.

My primary destination path is set to /volumes/image HD/2008. My intent would be to 'copy photos into "dated folder then folder with name ...' As always, I set the new folder name at this point. Working in v4.3.x, the dated folder was automatically created along with the appropriate subfolder - not so in v4.5. In fact, unless I create the dated folder in advance ingestion fails altogether. Clearly I'm overlooking a vary basic step.

Any help would be appreciated,

Can you post a screenshot of your Ingest dialog?
