"edit with" in PM

With "edit photo", CaptureNX is ready, but with "edit photo with" i have no choice, only CaptureNX.
 I need PhotoShop.
Is it possible ?

Yes.  Open up the Photo Mechanic Preferences dialog.  Click on the Launching tab.  Click on the "Set..." button next to the text that reads "Assign specific editing applications for each file type:"

There you can add editors for each file type you work with.  You can additionally add up to 10 custom editors.  Add Photoshop as one of your custom editors.
