problem with Capture NX 2

i have a problem with cpature nx 2,i got this error message when im trying to open it: (XP error message "Send, don't send")
i tried to reinstall but still it doesnt work.

on other computer the software works fine!

I suggest you contact Nikon.  Capture NX2 is their product.  Photo Mechanic is our product.
