Quick open image in Loupe
« on: February 26, 2009, 03:25:24 PM »
Kirk,

The loupe tool is great for quickly checking the sharpness of pics in the contact sheet.

Is there a shortcut available to quickly open and handover a "louped-in" picture in Photoshop without first releasing the loupe and selecting the pic and then sending it to PS.

For example on a Macbook Pro I could loupe the pic and hit space with a finger - and bingo its up in PS. Would be a nice shortcut.

There is no shortcut as you describe.  You can right-click (or ctrl-click on a single button mouse) on the photo to bring up a contextual menu and choose Edit with->(submenu of editors appears)
