I built a new XP-PC that I am currently setting up. I have an admin account and an user account. Once I opened PM (4.6) in my user account, switch to the admin account to make some system adjustments and return to the user account the favorites and navigator windows are side by side. Not above of each other like I had it set. Strange. Happens every time.
