Can't move crop to bottom edge of image

I can't seem to move my crop to the bottom edge of the image.

1. Open an image in Preview mode

2. Create a small crop

3. Drag the crop to the left, top, or bottom edge.  This all works -- the crop moves right to the edge of the image.

4. Drag the crop to the bottom.  It won't go all the way.  If you can't see the gap, zoom to 100%.

Well, I tried what you just said on my Mac with 4.6.1 beta4 and I can move the crop the all the edges of the image, except the right.

I've attached a screenshot to illustrate this

Thanks for the image.  That is exactly what I see except that the gap is on the bottom edge.

I can't reproduce this on my system.  Is this with a constrained crop or just a normal crop?

I've tried various sized rectangles, constrained and unconstrained.  I can drag the crop to any edge or corner, even at 100%.

It was a constrained 4x6 crop of a NEF file.

From what camera?  What is the pixel dimensions of the image?

I tried a 4x6 crop on a Canon 1Ds photo (11 megapixel) and couldn't reproduce the issue.
