GPS Location Change

I need to change the GPS location of a previously accepted photo's location. I do not find the "Set GPS Coordinates" utility mentioned in your help file which I think is old info. It would be great if I could just drag the balloon to the approx. new location.

Using MacOS 10.5.6 w/PM 4.6
