Probems with Structured Keywords Panel

I made a hierarchical list with a text editor. It works fine.
Now in the panel "structured keywords" I want to go in more details and put new column.
When I Ctrl-click (Macintosh) I can chose "create child item". Then I can change "untitled" to what I want, but I cannot save it. It stays "untitle" what I am doing wrong?

Are you pressing the Enter/Return key when you're done renaming the item?

It is stupid, but I was looking for a button or something in PM.
