Is there a definitive list of variables?
« on: August 30, 2009, 05:36:11 AM »
Although the current PDF manual for 4.5.3 seems to have a good list of variables, is there a definitive, up-to-date list of variables somewhere on the CameraBits website? I'm using Nikon gear and I'm interested to know what variables are available that might be specific to Nikon cameras, lenses, and software. Thanks.

The Variables panel/drawer available in just about any dialog that would use variables has a list of all of the available variables along with a pane at the top of the window that lists the function of the selected variable.

Kirk: You sleep, right? Thanks for the reply. I was actually wondering whether there was a PDF or web page that listed them outside of the program. Thanks, David.

We're working on finishing up the manual for version 4.6 now.  It will have the same listing and information in it.
