I would like to remove some folders from the favorites panel. The manual tells me to right-click and 'Remove' from the context menu. I do not see this item... Comparing the context menu to the screen shot in the manual (on a MAC system), I note three items are absent on my PC:
Color Label
Remove
Move to Trash (Recycle)
I have also noticed that child folders in the favorites panel are listed in a strange order - defintitely not alphabetical.
Another minor and unrelated observation: Dialog box Preferences..Launching shows two options "Default app to edit photos" and "Default app to edit". Comparing to the screenshot in the manual, I think there is a missing word "Movies".
Still learning my way around & enjoying the speed & many features. Thank you for enabling IPTC dates back to the 19th century (I am archiving some very old family photos).
