Is there a PM Lightroom instruction sheet?

I've searched both the forums and the help file and find answers to specific questions but there doesn't seem to be an overall instruction/cheat sheet for integrating workflow with both Photo Mechanic and Lightroom. Is there such a thing?  (I am still using Windows).  All I know is that sometimes all my metadata appears and sometimes only keywords. So not sure what I am doing right or wrong.

The manual has some screen shots of Preferences settings that work with Adobe products.
