Favorites Ordering

I am using PM 4.6.4 Beta 4 in a Win Vista 64 SP2.

When I drag and drop a folder into the Favorites navigation panel, so that a line appears between 2 existing items where I want the new item to appear, the item is placed above the first of the two existing items, rather than between them. The same occurs if I am reordering existing favorites.

Not a biggie, but annoying.

Favorites on Windows leaves much to be desired.  I hope to have time to rewrite it at some point.
