Import IPTC codes?

I'm running PM 4.6.4 on OS X 10.6.3.  I'm using David's Controlled Vocabulary for keywords (and I know he has IPTC codes in there, too.  However - when filling out the IPTC Stationary Pad, there's no link to the Structured Vocabulary List from the drop-down box.

So -- how can you make my life easier?

Click on the popup button to the right of the Keywords field.  The item 'Structured Keywords...' is the one you want.
