I suggest that the lower portion of the "Launching" preferences that deal with Opening Contact Sheets be moved to the Contact Sheet tab.
I realize that you're out of space on that tab so it will require some work; but it is the logical location. Launching deals with third party apps which another contact sheet clearly is not.
