"Saving as" with a certain size

Let's say I have a folder with some pictures (with different file sizes) I want to upload to a certain site. They have demanded the files to be at the most 2 mb each.
So, I woud like to use the option "save as" to create new files of a specified size. Is it possible?

No, not automatically for each picture.  You can use the JPEG Quality slider and make note of the size estimate which will show the size for the first picture in your selection, but it won't guarantee that all images in your selection will be that size.
