No Ingest Dialog
« on: October 25, 2010, 08:55:41 PM »
Hello,

I am running Windows 7, 32 bit, and PM 4.6.6.
Despite trying to associate Autoplay and even file types with PM, I still get an error that there is no default program associated with my picture disks. Any suggestions?

Try uninstalling PM and then reinstalling PM again.  Your settings will be preserved.

Kirk,

That did the trick, after I uninstalled the oldest version still there and then deleted all of the subsequent versions.
I restarted Autoplay and all is good.

Thank you for the help.

Kirk,

Any idea when you'll rewrite this feature to it will work in Win 64 bit versions?

I don't know.  This sort of thing is taking a back seat for the cataloging features right now.
