How do I set up a folder in P/M to receive images from NX2 to P/M. I am using (and learning) a Mac.
You don't need to do anything special, just open up the folder where your images are located from within PM. You can use the Navigator, Favorites, the Open command on the File menu, or via drag and drop from the Finder.
