XIP files on ingest

I notice that I seem to be getting xip files when I ingest RAW files from my Nikon D7000 on my mac.  I just delete them, but not sure why they are appearing now, I didn't see them when ingesting from my D90...

It turns out the XIP files were generated by movie files that I imported.  The first time I shot any video was with my new D7000 so I didn't think about how PM would handle movie files.
