next preview blank?

I'm running 4.6.6 on a new Win 7  Lenovo laptop. If I arrow from image to image - no problem. If I color code an image - (I have PM set to advance to next image) I get a blank preview screen instead of the next image. PM does advance to the next image but does not preview it.  I need to arrow back and forward again to see that next image.

Edit - I am working on a network drive over a wireless connection - SLOW to advance when changing any image.

I don't think that made a difference but I can't reproduce it - I've deleted 250 0f the 1000 images in the folder, exited and restarted PM - No problem now.
