Ingested images don't appear without changing the selected folder

I ingest my images into a folder named "To Be Filed".  The problem is that the images just ingested do not appear in the folder.  A right click and selecting "Refresh" does not help.  The only way to get them to appear is to selecct another folder, then select the "To Be Filed" folder, this seems to force a refresh.

Is there a way to have the images update immediately, or at last upon selection of Refresh?

How are you ingesting your images?  With the Ingest utility in PM?  With some other application?

Do you have Ingest set to open your contact sheets during Ingest?  If so, the folders should refresh automatically.  Otherwise use the 'Rescan' command instead of the 'Refresh' command.  Refresh only applies filtering and sorting again.  Rescan scans the folder directory contents for new or deleted files.

No, I didn't have it set to open contact sheets, I just had the destination folder open.
