Zenfolio uploader not working on one of two identical workstations

I'm having problems with one workstation using the Zenfolio uploader. I check the settings and choose the destination in the uploader pane then click upload. The pane closes but the upload progress window doesn't appear. There are no errors or warnings displayed and nothing is uploaded. From another workstation with the same settings the upload works exactly as it should. I've tried deleting the camera bits prefs in the ~Library/Preferences/ folder and reconfigured the uploader but this makes no difference.
PM version is 4.6.8 legacy on 10.5.8. Issue was the same with 4.6.7 though. Any ideas?

Bob should have just asked the forum admin. My email is only hidden from the public as is the default. BTW there was no bounce so the emails made it to your servers ok. I'm in Western Australia so phoning is a bit awkward during my working day.
