EXIF's not displayed!?!

Hi Kirk and Team!
We have a little "issue" that on a MAC with OS 10.5.8 and PM in version 4.6.8 fore legacy MACs is NOT showing  the EXIF-Data in the preview-Window...
Any Idea?

Attached screenshot is from my working mac just to show the area we are missing. (the area appears empty.)
Clicking on + or - does not bring any of the EXIf-Data...

The +/- buttons only increase/decrease the size of the Info Text pane.  Are you certain the photo has the missing EXIF fields at all?  What does ExifTool say for that photo?

Kirk, these images are NEFs and JPGs. They show EXIFs perfectly.
We tried to view the EXIFs from my (exif showing images) on her mac and the INFO-Box was blank...

As I see it, only the serial number is missing.  GPS information is missing as well but that is expected if an image doesn't have GPS coordinates in its EXIF data.  Is something else missing?

Hi Kirk!
This first screen shot was the one from my mac. Mine is working fine with PM 4.6.8 on Lion 10.7.2

The screenshot I attached right now is how it looks on Kerstin's MacBook.
My Image (showing EXIFS on my Macbook) on her PM-Version shows NOTHING but an empty Info-Box. Thats the same for all her images... She schoots Nikon NEF and JPG.

Sorry, I misunderstood you.  Is her Info Text much different from yours?

Actually I think Kirk wanted to know if her setup for the info text has anything specified at all. From the screenshot it looks like she simply hasn't setup the info text.

Have a look at the configuration of the info text at both machines and make sure they are the same.

On the Edit menu, in the Settings sub-menu, under Info Text.
