Cache files named cpnx_xxxx_tiledata

Are these files anything to do with PM? If so can I delete them as they appear to be empty and now take up a lot of space in my navigator window. Thanks

Photo Mechanic doesn't name its cache files in that manner.  I have no idea which application would have created them and I can't say whether it will be safe to delete them.

Those are Capture NX2 Temp files..     The are normally located in "C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp" folder but can be relocated via the capture NX2 preferences.,
