saving a big JPG failed

I ve a big JPG file (36 MB, pano) which PM dont want to save as.. and also not upload with ftp.

the error is

"Error: Image Preprocessing (save as JPEG) failed.]"


I use 4.6.9  latest beta on win7 64

Try setting your Memory cache smaller (less than 256 MB) and avoid using zoomed previews while in the Preview window.
