PM5 for Windows XP?
« on: July 07, 2012, 12:52:58 AM »
First of all thank you very much for all the new features PM5 offers!

I am currently using PM 4.5.4 under Win XP. I was waiting for the free rotation feature to upgrade. When Beta1 was released I downloaded it immediately and installed it (in demo mode) but it does not work. If I try to open it the only thing that appears is an error pop-up with a message about some function missing from SHELL32.dll...

Is there really no hope for the WinXP compatible version? I understand that XP is old but it would be great if an upgrade to PM5 did not require upgrade from WinXP to Win7 too :(

All the best

Hi Sven!

Thanks for the link! I was searching the forum for any info but for some reason I did not find anything. Now at least I know that I have to say goodbye to my WinXP...

All the best
