IPTC Stationary pad issue - text disappearing from unchecked boxes

Hi,
I'm running the latest release candidate of PM 5 (RC 2) and I have noticed an issue I've had with all the versions of PM5. Just double checked with my PM 4 and this doesn't happen there. Not sure if this is something you have changed or are not aware of. Btw, I'm running Mac OS X Mountain Lion.

Anyway, it applies to Stationary Pad (CMD+I) and Global Stationary Pad under CMD+G (ingest dialog). I usually have entered all of Country, County, City and Location, but if I uncheck any of these boxes when applying the text in those unchecked boxes goes away after applying to other photos. In PM4 I could just check the boxes again without having to rewrite the text in them.

Is this correct or "a bug"?
