For a .JPEG when I right-click > Edit Photo With > Photoshop the image is opened in PS.
How do I set up Photo Mechanic so when I 'Edit Photo With' my JPED will open in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR)?
Minute 4:00 of the PM video tutorial titled 'PM:Setting Up Different Editing Programs' shows a JPEG opening in ACR when 'Edit Photo With' is used. I accessed this video via the PM Support Tutorials link.
What settings do I have to change so I can open a JPEG in ACR via PM?
PM v 5
PS CS6
My settings are:
In PM > File > Preferences > Launching > Default = Photoshop
In PM > File > Preferences > Launching > Assign specific editing application.... JPEG = use default editor
In PS > Edit > Preferences > File Handling > checked Prefer ACR for supported RAW files
In PS > Edit > Preferences > camera raw > JPEG handling = automatically open JPEG with settings
