URGENT HELP NEEDED

I am currently pitch side, and have upgraded to a 5.0 after I caption, and ftp, it is not saving any of the captions.  Picture desk is going nuts for images, and I dont know how to fix it.

When they get the images they are blank

Are you applying an IPTC Stationery Pad during the upload?  If so, it may be clearing out fields that you had previously entered.
